I'm getting a laptop. Which is the best to get yet rather cheap? Music production and songwriting software? I want to get a laptop so I can take my music on the go when I'm traveling or having band practice. I'm wanting to buy cheap...looking on ebay, craigslist, ksl, classifieds, etc. I need some pretty good programs too. What's a quality laptop these days? I've only ever owned desktops. I need a lot of hard drive space, a quality sound and video card, at least 2 GB RAM, high processing speed, etc. Cam would be nice but not needed. I'll use this mostly for band stuff: recording, songwriting, editing, producing, etc. and college in the spring. What's a good operating system? I use Windows XP but is it better to have Mac; do they have better music software? Details please. thank you so much

What Is a good website to buy a used diesel truck In the western area? (I live In utah)? I am looking to buy a Diesel 4 dr 4x4 longbed with preferrably under 100,000 miles (50k or less would be best), no fords unless it was the best deal on the planet. I want either a Duramax or a cummins a 2005 to new. I have been looking on ksl classifieds for months but not much luck so If anyone knows a good place to look or has a truck to sell, I would appreciate it if you would tell me. My price range Is $15,000 to around $30,000 but if its 30,000 It better have way low miles and be In Immaculate condition, I do not want to buy from a dealer and be ripped off.

iPhone 4S for under $250? So I'm looking to buy an iPhone 4S (any size), under $250, WITHOUT A CONTRACT. I really do not care whether or not I can call people or surf the web wherever I go with this, I basically want a really fancy, more feature-packed iPod. I've checked on eBay, and I'm still looking at that. I've checked on the KSL classifieds but all of the iPhones on there (with a clean ESN) are $400+. Is there some way that I can buy an iPhone from someone else, and get rid of their link between the contract and the phone (reasonably cheaply)? Prompt advice and assistance would be very much appreciated. I also just checked on Craigslist in my area. They don't even have a 4S under $400. @Yoshi Iwamura I'm looking for something that doesn't require referrals or something similar to that. I will however try it out.

Is my cat really a Bengal? I am in the process of buying a cat off of our local KSL classifieds, they said it was a pure bread Bengal for 600 but 300 because of an easter special + no papers. She was so cute I thought I'de give her a try at home (they said we could bring it back if we have allergies, the people were really nice). She has an AWESOME personality but we're concerned if she's actually a bengal? We talked to the breeder and he said he can give us pictures of the mom cat, who they breed with every easter (easter special) with another male bengal a bit further away, for a big litter of bengal kittens. Anyway, we haven't seen the pictures of the parents yet but can anyone give insight? There are spots, especially noticeable when she walks, but a few stripes too esp on her arms (which I think most bengals have) She's super sweet and cuddly, I think we'll keep her no matter what, but we just want to know if any bengal experts can help out!

What is a good and legitimate site on which I can find inexpensive vehicles? I recently totalled my car and am looking for something new...and by new, I just mean new to me. A used vehicle is perfectly acceptable, and given my budget, that's really all I will be able to afford. Preferably AWD or 4WD. I had been looking at the ads on KSL (the classifieds for Utah news) and found a 2002 Jeep Liberty with 83,000 miles on it for $3000. Unfortunately, it was sold before I had a chance to buy. Anyway...that is just to give you an idea of for what I am looking. My price range is about $2000 to $4000, but I would still like a quality, nice-looking vehicle. I live in Wyoming, so little Hondas and things like that just won't cut it. I would prefer to be able to buy from a person face-to-face as I am scared of getting scammed. I do live in the middle of nowhere, so I am obviously more than willing to travel to find a deal. Do you know of any websites that offer things like this? I know this was long and rambling, and I really shouldn't be this picky after totalling a car, but I truly am a good driver and would like an inexpensive car to last me at least a couple of years.

Should i buy this bike or is it stolen.? I called him and asked to see it and I asked why he had so many ads up, he said that he was going to open up a furniture store but things got really tough fro him so he wasn't able to open the store but he had already bought the inventory. Anyway my question is can he charge me sales tax on something he is selling, it is not being sold threw any type of business? Where to find a siamese kitten in UTAH? We have the prettiest little boy siamese seal point kitten. He is about 4 months old. We are looking for a little girl preferably seal point. We like chocolate and lynx too. But we want her 4 months or younger, not spayed, fullbred, and cheaper. We have seen some go for $50 on ksl.com but the lady sold both girls out from under me. thanks. It is a very succesful effective site used by hundreds of thousands... we use them all the time. I have already created an RSS feed with the ad titles and descriptions here: http://feed43.com/6213821466343826.xml but I don't know how to extract only the newest post and have it automatically sent to my phone/email. Please instruct me on how to do this. I am fairly computer savvy and I can usually figure stuff out if pointed in the right direction. Copy/Paste code solution, or info on how to accomplish this would be great!
