I have evidence that she had her husband who works for the virginia employment commission in the appeal division, he helped her write i have proof email of all of this she also took evidence to show him to help her write the corrective action. What should i do i am working hard on my performance but this isnt right for her to show this to him and have him help write it should i report him to VEC?
What's the difference between 1099 g and 1099 m(miscellaneous)? OK,let me explain a little bit what's going on here.I decided to do my taxes on line using the H&R block free edition the software did my state and federal, i did not have any problems doing my federal and my check is already schedule to be sent in the mail anytime, but i am having a hard time with my state return(i live in virginia) for some reason my state still with the status of "pending" for 10 days now,i have been talking to the people from H&R block people every other day and they just tell me to wait because they are "trying" to figure it out what's the cause and it still pending. I don't know too much about taxes but i believe my filing was pretty simple,I worked from march to November last year and i had 3 unemployment checks in December that's why i received my 1099 g letter from the Virginia Employment Commission, i noticed something "funny" when i was doing my filing:software asked me to enter all my info about the 1099 G when i was doing my federal BUT when i was doing my state i never got to see the window for the 1099G instead i got to see a window asking me to enter my info in a form named 1099 M, ..now i am wondering if that is causing the delay in my state return, for one thing i never understood why the software never showed me the 1099G when it was doing my state My 3 checks from unemployment was $522 (combined) the federal return was free but i did pay for the state(so it can not be pending because i haven't paid yet) I am not trying to make H&R block on line look bad maybe it is just a setback in the software ,i don't know. Thank you for your time.
Your thoughts about Stimulas and Economy? and Why the Stimulas at the moment? I am democrat by the way but seriously why does everyone agree on Stimulas Package? This should be last priority regardless how bad the economy is. We need to halt the Stimulas Package and use the money to make more jobs instate and out of state. We also need work on getting troops back from Iraq and doing something Republican party neither Former President Bush could do and bring Osama Bin Laden into Justice and killed under american hands. Also working on increasing acceptability income for trade schools that work through Virginia Employment Commission to teach other more trades. Acceptance trade approval for VEC person would have to make under $7,000/yr for them to study a trade. Dont you think we need raised to atleast to $24,000 or even $27,000 a year or lower?(i recently found this out) We then should take the Stimulas Package away until later when America can get back on good grounds with jobs. I dont care about the people to that certain extent we need jobs not give people free handouts! We also dont need reward people that doesnt wanna work either. We also need build partnership with every country unlike Bush where everything in control by his ego.
I'm currently on probation for B&E and grand larceny and can't find work & my work history is crappy any help? I've tried just about everything. Even went to workshops for felons seeking jobs, Job fairs themselves, even cold calling, friends, and family. No one will hire me and i just found out the military doesn't take people on probation. It's really starting to bother me that i can't find work cause not only am i out of work but so are the people i live with, My mother was laid off about 2yrs ago and my step father is retired and the benefits are enough to pay the bills, get our med's, let alone food. Were trying to get my mom on disability, and i'm looking into unemployment but no luck, the Virginia Employment Commission is NO HELP what so ever. So if any one out there knows how to get a job for a felon with Breaking and Entering and a grand larceny on his recorded as well as a crappy job history (walking off with out 2 weeks notice) Please i need the help! I'm literally at the end of my rope here.
Filing taxes online with 1099-G? I am using the E-File method to file my 2009 income taxes. I received a 1099-G from Virginia Employment Commission for unemployment benefits. Do I need to "send" this form with my taxes? On the site, it has a section for a 1099-R, and under that is says "Federal income tax withholding from other 1099s (such as 1099-G). I tried to attach that form and fill it out to the best of my ability, but was rejected. The reason for the rejection is that "On each form 1099-R that is part of a return, Payer's name and Payer Identification number must be entered." There is nothing on the form that indicates that there is a "payer". Nor is there and identification number. Should I remove the form and just submit my w-2s, or is there another solution?
I need to amend my taxes due to a 1099g, but I'm slightly confused on doing the 1040x? Hi, I got excited with I received my W2 and filed my taxes, not remembering that the Virginia state employment commission sent me a check for some error or something in the amount of $440.... On unemployment, I had them withdraw taxes but this $440 shows no taxes paid on the 1099g that was sent to me after I already filed my taxes... I did them online taxslayer but they want $20 just to generate the forums, So i downloaded the 1040x form and I don't see a spot for filling in the making work pay credit of $400 (single) Do I need to include this on the 1040x form? If I did my math correct, I owe $66 but i'm not certain i did the 1040x correctly...
Would you hire me in Richmond, Virginia? I am a recent college graduate who is looking for a job. My degree is in English. As a liberal arts major one can think of me as "a jack of all trades" therefore I have a strong interest in: Technical Writing/Editing Public Relations Marketing Community Development Education Hotel/Restaurant Management Federal Employment My resume can be viewed here: http://brobertson.emurse.com/ It would be most appreciated if anyone in the Richmond Virginia area knew of any employers willing to take me under their wing, give me a chance and allow me to use my many skills for the needs of the company. Good internships? Good career search engines? Job Fairs? Any ideas? (Also, no cold calling, selling insurance, online employment, work at home or door to door commission type jobs. I am an Army Reservist and have been laid off from my civilian job. I have a question about the drill pay...? As you are probably aware, my drill weekend starts at the very end of one week (Sat) and ends at the very beginning of the followingg week (Sun). Unfortunatelyy, this prevents me from earning any net gain, since I have to declare half of my drill earnings from Saturday on one week, and Sunday's earnings the following week. Here is my question... If I were to take the entire amount for both Saturday and Sunday and declare them on one week (as opposed to two), will the employment commission know when exactly it was that I worked? Is this system automated or are discrepanciess detected by random audits? Sorry to sound like I am cheating the system, but I can not possible afford food/electricity/house payment/etc on unemployment alone. I am aggressively seeking employment, and may well have an offer within the next week. By the way, I live in Virginia.
My previous boss refuses to pay me. Please help...? I started a job last month and had to leave after a week due to health problems. I had to see a specialist immediately and the soonest I could see one in my small town was December. So I went to visit my father who lived 8 hours away and saw a specialist there. Well, I sent my manager a notice letting him know I had to go five days before I actually left. I returned home to find out I no longer had a job and they refuse to pay me the $185.00 that I am owed. I printed off the Unpaid Wages Form from the Virginia Department of Labor and mailed it to them last Tuesday but still have not had any word back. The owner of the store I worked at has ignored me many times and when we do speak he tells me that he knows the process and I will never get my check even if I go through the Department of Labor. He is very rude and acts like he is must smarter and better than me. He has also talked very badly about me to people that know me. (I live in a very small town.) Is there anything else I could do? I was told to go to the local Employment Commission, but not sure if I should since I sent that form off to Richmond. I could really use the money since my medical problems are very costly. Any advice?

Are Indegenous Mexicans, First Nations, and Native Americans the sole and real owners of North America? According to the National Commission for the Development of the Indigenous Peoples (CDI) there are 9,854,301 indigenous people reported in Mexico in 2000, which constitute 9.54% of the population in the country. The CDI identifies 62 indigenous language groups in Mexico although certain languages have multiple dialects each of which is unique and may be mutually unintelligible.[19] The majority of the indigenous population is concentrated in the central and southern states. According to the CDI, the states with the greatest percentage of indigenous population are:[20] Yucatán, 59% Oaxaca, 48% Quintana Roo, 39% Chiapas, 28% Campeche, 27% Hidalgo, 24% Puebla, 19% Guerrero, 17% San Luis Potosí, 15% Veracruz, 15% ---------------------------------------- There are three distinctive groups of North America indigenous peoples recognized in the Canadian Constitution Act, 1982, sections 25 and 35.[20] Under the Employment Equity Act, Aboriginal people are a designated group along with women, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities.[151] They are not a visible minority under the Employment Equity Act and in the view of Statistics Canada.[152] The 2006 Canadian Census enumerated 1,172,790 Aboriginal people in Canada, 3.8% of the country's total population.[1] This total comprises 698,025 people of First Nations descent, 389,785 Métis, and 50,485 Inuit. National representative bodies of Aboriginal people in Canada include the Assembly of First Nations, the Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami, the Métis National Council, the Native Women's Association of Canada, the National Association of Native Friendship Centres and the Congress of Aboriginal Peoples.[153] Indigenous people assert that their sovereign rights are valid, and point to the Royal Proclamation of 1763, which is mentioned in the Canadian Constitution Act, 1982, Section 25, the British North America Acts and the 1969 Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (to which Canada is a signatory) in support of this claim.[154][155] ------------------------------------------------------------- Population In 2006, the U.S. Census Bureau estimated that about 0.8% of the U.S. population was of American Indian or Alaska Native descent. Virginia Unemployment extension? My husband was laid off 6 months ago. He is going to come to the end of his unemployment at the end of this month. He has been searching ans searching for a job, but there just aren't any to be had! The big factories around us are closing, one that closed this past week let go of 11,000 people. So, there are TONS of people in our area looking for work right now. The employment commission actually sent him a letter that stated he didn't have to have 2 jobs he had applied for a week to get paid...he only had to do one because there just are not any places to apply! I was told that he needs to just keep filing every week as normal, and when approved for the extension he would get all the weeks he had missed at one time. My question is, how long does it usually take to get approved for the extension? Any one in Virginia know the answer? With Christmas coming up...this is going to be a BIG issue with our children. My children are 2 year old twins...I doubt highly that they understand the concept of "the bigger picture". They just know they didn't get any presents it is most certainly true that there aren't any places hireing in our area. I don't know where you were in Virginia, but we live in South Eastern Virginia near Franklin. It's a very rural area, and International Paper is closing and Lowe's...leaving thousands without jobs.
Why is Obama playing into the hands of the KKK's own party? The KKK was the terrorist wing of the Democrat Party. Our nation's top historians reveal that the Democratic Party gave us the Ku Klux Klan, Black Codes, Jim Crow Laws and other repressive legislation which resulted in the multitude of murders, lynchings, mutilations, and intimidations (of thousands of black and white Republicans). On the issue of slavery: historians say the Democrats gave their lives to expand it, the Republicans gave their lives to ban it. "--The KKK was the terrorist wing of the Democrat Party.--" The Democrats * Democrats fought to expand slavery while Republicans fought to end it. * Democrats passed those discriminatory Black Codes and Jim Crow laws. * Democrats fought against anti-lynching laws. * Democrats fought to keep blacks in slavery and away from the polls, and they started the Ku Klux Klan to terrorize them. * Democrat Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia, is well known for having been a "Keagle" in the Ku Klux Klan. * Democrat Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia, personally filibustered the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for 14 straight hours to keep it from passage. * Democrats passed the Repeal Act of 1894 that overturned civil right laws enacted by Republicans. * Democrats declared that they would rather vote for a “yellow dog” than vote for a Republican, because the Republican Party was known as the party for blacks. * Democrat President Woodrow Wilson, reintroduced segregation throughout the federal government immediately upon taking office in 1913. * Democrat President Franklin D.
