Are the admission SAT and ACT scores on Career Cruising updated to fit the new test scores? For example on the admission page for University of Washington it says- "More than 75% of freshmen were in top 50% of their high school class and scored over 1010 on SAT or over 18 on ACT; about 85% or fewer of all applicants accepted." My question is if that "1010" SAT score is out of 1600 or 2400 (with writing).

Will it ever be possible for me to be a Veterinarian? Ever since I was in Kindergarten I always wanted to be a Veterinarian... now i'm in grade 9, and i'm starting to think that my dream is impossible. My school is small and doesn't have that many varietys of classes to take, and in my science class right now i'm only getting a 70 percent, but i'm trying really heard to get better, and in my math class I got a 75 percent, but a 90 in the exam. I heard off career cruising that you need to get high marks in your classes, but i'm not getting exceptionly high marks. i'm really worried I won't get in, because the schools are so competetive, theres only like 3 or 4 Vet schools in Canada. I'm starting to think a Vet Tech might be a better idea for me, but the pay isn't very good. What else can I do to higher my chances of getting into a vet school? I love boats and being on the water,and would love a career in water transportation(cruises,whale watches,tour boats etc.) In order to be a captain or pilot on a ship or boat,would i have to go to a maritime college or the navy or coast guard?
Getting a job on a cruise ship, I live in the UK? Hi, I have been a sales executive now for the past 4 years, and want to start a career on board a cruise ship. But.... What job can a sales executive do on a cruise ship? I know for a fact that they have sales execs on board selling excursions and memberships but i cant seem to find any info on the web at all. The only job i can find is excursion manager, but you need at sea experience! Any help would be much appreciated.
Do you think that Tom Cruise has peaked in his career? I think he has been over exposed on film. Also, his big mouth & bad behavior has taken the mystery out of him.
