Has anyone used monster jobs and been sucessful?

IM IN THE PROCESS OF LOOKING FOR A JOB AND wOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHICH SITE WOULD BE THE BEST

1. Monster.com is nothing but staffing agencies and I have never had any luck with them at all. I found my last 2 jobs through the Workforce commission. One for 7 years the other, I am still there
2. if ur resume contains something exceptional then ya post it on Monster. i have a friend who got 20 job offer last month. he had the option to choose where he wanted to go. he started 2 weeks ago and still no complaints.
3. What sites work best depends a bit on what type of job you are trying to get. Monster has gotten me jobs before (I do consulting work in IT). So has Yahoo HotJobs. CareerBuilder. Dice.com.
4. Not since they were hacked and lost everyone's personal information.
