I am so sick of Careerbulider and Monster, is there a better site to find jobs on?

Can anyone help me out. I need to find a new website to find jobs. I am just fed up with Careerbulider and Monster

1. I found my job on this new site, www.myizzo.com. It is really cool, it has way more features than careerbuilder and monster. I was really able to let employers know how much I have to offer them. They actually have a feature where you can have an interview with an employer right on the site.
2. CRAIG'S LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you can find anything you want on there, it is so awesome! you can get a new job, new apartment, new dog, new best friend anything you want, Craig's list got it.
