Monster & Workopolis - are these jobs ones that companies have trouble finding people for?

The reason why I ask is because it costs companies so much to post. If they didn't have trouble finding people why else would they post on here?

There are better the chances of recruiting the right person for the right job when more people are applying. 2. May be the companies think, A person who knows to use Computer, internet and modern technology web surfing will be more efficient and well versed. Hope this will help.
