How you get a job through monster?

I see ads for monster and hear about people landing jobs on monster, but I have never gotten any leads off the site. Is there a secrete method to get noticed on monster?

1. great resume and title. Search and apply everyday. Good Luck!
2. Don't rely on Monster alone. Use other sites - careerbuilder.com has jobs listed that Monster does not (and vice versa). I think the secret is that same for all - apply for the right job, with the right resume...and apply often.
