Phony jobs from careerbuilder and/or monster?

Ever since i posted my resume on those sites, i've been getting emails in similar format and say that based on my accounting experience (which i don't have), i would qualify for those jobs. This isn't really a question but a comment really.

1. I know what you're talking about....about 6 months ago I was looking for a job and used monster and careerbuilder, and I received about a dozen or so emails like that. I actually think that they are job placement agencies or recruitment offices or temp agencies....which I specifically said in my job description that i didn't want contacting me. Just ignore them.
