how do i copy a file (resume) from word pad (my documents) to on line monster jobs?

1. upload the document - don't copy it
2. On the monster job site page there is a create or upload cv link which allows you to browse however I think it onlu uploads MS Word docs
3. I'm not sure if you can just attach the file. Usually those websites only take a .doc file(microsoft word) and stuff like that.......worst case scenario, just highlight, CTRL +C and paste it in there. Good luck.
