Should I include a link to my yahoo hotjobs profile in cover letter?

I've filled out a pretty detailed profile in hotjobs and on Monster. Should I include links to those profiles when sending a cover letter/ resume?

1. A cover letter should be brief and to the point. You should use the letter to focus on your skills, background and what you could provide to the company!! I would avoid the links, most hiring managers do not have time to view any additional information. I have my Masters in HR.
