aside from searching on HotJobs, CareerBuilder, and Monster, what can I do to find employment in Texas?

My family is relocating to the Dallas Area, and I am actively searching for jobs there, before we leave. Tried posting my resume on the mentioned websites, but I keep getting offers elsewhere.

2. Contact the local Department of Labor there. They should be able to provide you with some valuable information as far as what companies are hiring and what websites would be effective in locating a position.
