Do these job search sites like Hotjobs or Monster actually look at your resume when you send it in to them?

1. Yes, employers search resumes on those site for workers. If I make my resume searchable, I get lots of inquiries. They are much more effective than the newspaper ads.
2. I have used these sites with no luck. have yet to receive any calls from anybody
