Has anyone sucessfully recieved a job offer from monster, hotjobs, or careebuilders?

I find it too hard to get decent jobs off these website, I'm not talking about sales job. It is too competitive and when an employer post a job they get over 100+ resumes for that particular position. What is the trick? I notice that networking is the key.

1. networking is key and so are going to company websites dirrectly that don't advertise on the major job search engines. sign up so you received notifications of when they have a job you are looking for available. this how you will probably land the job. or check out local news/job websites
2. A recruiter found me through monster.com and that same recruiter found me my first job at a startup company in the US. As for what the trick is.. I think you are right. Networking is the key. Put your word out there, be open to help from the universe, and things will fall into place. When you relay your intentions to others, they carry on the energy that you had portrayed, and when opportunity comes their way, they will think of you.
