  1. In my opinion, Hotjobs is a waste of time. Careerbuilder works best for me out of the three, but what I find easiest to do is to apply directly on companies' websites, I have had better success finding a job that way.
  2. Apply directly on companies' websites. It may take a longer time to get a response, but when you do hear sth or get an email, it is actually a meaningful job that your skills are better suited to. Apply on as many company websites as you can find that match your skills. Even if you don't immediately see an opening on the site that matches your skills, set up a profile there anyway. How about your previous college? Have you contacted their Career Services to see if they can be of any help and offer leads?
  3. Since this is in Marketing & Sales, i am assuming you work in this sector. A jobs board i find useful is http://www.utalkmarketing.com/Pages/Marketing_Jobs.aspx. I know someone there and they said that the jobs search is about to re-launch and it's going to be even better so make you you check it out!
