How do I find IT people that are looking for jobs???

Not all IT people post their resumes on Monster, Dice, Yahoo, MSN, Computer Jobs, Careerbuilder, etc... How do I find groups for IT people? How do I find recent IT grads? Where do they hangout? What groups are they apart of? I want to recruit more candidates. Not just wait for them to post a resume. I want to build relationships with them.

2. Have you tried linked in? I am an IT professional and have had several contacts from recruiters through there. Also, look in Yahoo group - I get emails of job postings through the Rocky Mountain Internet User Group for hte Denver area. Good luck!

4. We hide in the dark server rooms of the companies that recruited us. Only a few of us see the light once in a while. e-mail me
5. I think you have all the top sites a logical IT person would post if they were looking for a job. Otherwise email the tech schools. They all seem to offer their grads job placement.
