Does website like monster and careerbuilder really work in job hunting?

1. I really do not think so, unless you have some fancy college degree.
2. They help find small jobs. Its much easier than it was long time ago. You don't have to go from place to place wasting gas. You know who is hiring and what they want, and you can apply without leaving your house. I have recieved responses to my resume. I don't have a degree, I'm in college now. I have only applied to retail and resturants.
