What is the best way to get jobs using the internet?

I hate it, everything has to go through the internet now these days. all sites seem like careerbuilder.com and monster. Whats the best way? Yahoo jobs seems ok, is that the best?

1. Go to monster.com and start your life there
2. Everyone has a favorite. It's to each his/her own
3. The best way is to apply at the companies you want to work for, as directly as possible. If its a big corporation like Microsoft you need to go the web site. If its a local pizza go walk in and ask for th owner. Or well if you can call some high up executive at Microsoft who is a buddy of your dad.
