how do i get rid of yahoo hot jobs from my email?

I ACCIDENTALLY SENT A CARD OUT WITH HOT JOBS BOX CHECKED, AND NOW HOT JOBS IS SENDING STUFF I DO NOT WANT AND CANNOT USE. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET RID OF IT.
