Can I put my resume on yahoo hot jobs?

I havn't seen an obvious link or button to begin the proces of uploading or to cut and paste my resume.

1. yes... that's a good idea
2. sure - but be prepared to have lots of silly job offers from scammers or lots of agencies calling you and asking if you'd like to come fior a an interview and they'll see if they can find you a position. I did that and it got very tiring, so i took my resume off.
