  1. there should be an icon that says upload, and then you search for your document in the box and press the enter button and that should work
  2. Be careful, generally when you upload your resume it get's messed up. Save your resume to a text file and make sure it's still readable and the formatting and wrap arounds don't get messed up. If they do fix them then find the button that says upload, and up load the text resume.
  3. Follow these steps: 1.) Open your Word document. 2.) Click on Edit > Select All (or do Control - A) to highlight all the words in your resume. 3.) Click on Edit > Copy (or do Control - C) 4.) If you're using a Windows computer, open Notepad (with a Mac, open SimpleText or BBEdit). 5.) Click on Edit > Paste (or do a Control - V) 6.) Click on File > Save As and save the file as [your last name]resume.txt. 7.) Clean up the look of the resume because it will look pretty ugly. See this article for tips - Polishing Your ASCII Text Resume - http://www.job-hunt.org/resumeASCIIpolishing.shtml 8.) Save it again. Copy and paste the parts of it that are appropriate from your text file into the resume form, following the directions in this article - http://www.job-hunt.org/resumeASCIIcutpaste.shtml Good luck!
