How would I go about posting a diet on Craigslist, to sell?

I have a diet that is from the 1950s, that my mother and all her family members would go on after the birth of a child. Within eight weeks, they would be back to their normal weight. I would like to list it on Craigslist small biz catagory, but what do I need to know about marketing it?

1. - Meet the person in a public place if such meeting should occur. - Advertise professionally, such sale needs to be properly posted. - The purchase should be via Paypal/Cash - If the buyer wants to send a check, then that check needs to be mailed and processed before he gets the product, in this case the diet plan. (Time for processing + mailing may be over a week) - Never give out too much info. (unless his/her check is being mailed) - Be carefull of scammers. - Put out an email in the ad in addition to using the anonymous email method. - Do not put out your phone # in the intitial ad. Wait for a possible buyer to contact via email. - In the ad, perhaps list mother's experiences with the diet. - Reply in a professional manner. Even grammar errors in an email can ruin the sale!
