Has anyone gotten hired by using yahoo hot jobs?

2. I haven't and have found that a great majority of the jobs posted won't be filled....these companies are just saving applicatons/resumes for future openings. What a bummer! They should tell people on the front end I think. I have been on 1 interview and there was a requirement for the job not mentioned in the posting, not even mentioned in the interview and that's a bummer too. Good luck!
