1. For five hours, look at a thousand dollars, all equipment included.
2. It really depends on the area, whether or not it's a regular weekly or every other week gig, a party, etc. Look in the phone book in your area and ask, as a potential customer. Around here, a regular weekly gig can be anywhere from $150 to $275 for 4 hours. A private party, such as a wedding reception or Christmas party or graduation party etc, can be $500 to about $800 or more for 4 hours. These prices are based on having your own equipment and music.
