What can I do to pick up some extra jobs this winter?

I own a lawn company, the grass is swiftly coming to dormant stage, does anyone have any tips of earning some extra cash, or some extra jobs that may be worth while?

2. I own a large landscape company in Michigan and we plow,that's not your answer.We get allot of calls to hang Christmas lights which we do not do.Make up some flyer's and pass them out.
