What is the best way to buy tickets on craigslist and how can you tell if they are legit?

I want to buy baseball tickets for the all star game in San Francisco on craigslist.

As an ex ticket broker I would say be careful. Bogus tickets are around, and it is easy to be stung. You can hold the tickets and they look real, the problem is when you get to the game you find out they were stolen. I would not recommend buying tickets from an individual unless you know them. You are much better off going to a reputable broker and getting the tickets from them. Use a credit card so that if you have any issue with the tickets you can do a charge back. CL is definitely a crap-shoot, most are legit and the small amt of creeps can cost you in the wallet. deal locally, the game is big on the Internet, so step lightly and investigate.
