How often does USPS offer exams for employment?

I have looked at their website every week for over 3 years and still haven't seen my area (northern Michigan) be able to apply to take their tests for any positions. I would like to be able to take the test because I feel I could do well on it. Anyone else ever seen any exams dates anywhere in Michigan for the last several years?

1. I would think USPS posts the dates at the local branches and in the paper. I took the exam in NY in early 2006 - did very well, there were vacancies listed in many close communities, but I have never been called. Have you asked at your Local USPS?
2. depends, go to usps.com and scroll to the bottom. click on jobs and fill out an application. The exam date depends on the job. Good luck to you in your journey!
