- Yes it can if you are an rca for the rural mail routes, it just depends on the growth rate of your city. It took me a little over 2 years in sw Fla.
- most companies now hire temps to see if they would be a good perm. If they are a good fit. Just work hard and show up on time I'm sure you will.
- Usually, the TE carrier is for city routes. It can lead to a career appointment, but you have to work your butt off. After about 3 months or so, ask yoru supervisor, station manager or Postmaster about the possibility of taking the test. You can not be hired without passing the test.
