evidence to prove I am innocent of theft at work?
recently a fellow employee accused me of theft within my office. I was accused of stealing petty cash which has been shown to have no descrepencies. I have also been accused of postage theft which I pay all my bills online. I rarely go to the USPS but when I have I use my debitcard. The fellow employee has added toilet paper, paper towels and cups to the list and insist I have stolen these things. This upsets me and I have attempted to show my manager proof of my innocence. The manager has declined to view my records. I am obcessed at this point to prove my innocence and I can't stand that although no form of action has been taken against me that after well over 6 years of employment with my company that my reputation has suffered. Help I need advise!!!

- get them to look at the cctv cameras and then that'll prove u aint done anything
- Yes you are obsessed and I doubt that anything will solve that issue at work, I strongly suggest you seek couseling for this. You boss did not want to see it, since they don't beleive you did anything. Had they beleived you stole anything they would want an investigation. And in general it is not innocent you prove, You need to considered sueing this other employee for slander if they continue to do this. And you need to file a complaint to your manger about this other employee lying about you.
- If your manager has not filed any complaints on you, then he shouldn't allow this "fellow" employee to harass you with it. Maybe they ought to check out this fellow employee first. I would file a complaint with the manager on the "fellow employee" for harassment. Especially it I know I am innocent.
- I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AT MY OLD JOB. I WASN'T THE ACCUSED THOUGH I WAS ASST.MNG. AND IT WAS AN EMPLOYEE I PUT IT TOGETHER THAT WHEN THIS CERTAIN PERSON WORKED SOMETHING WAS STOLEN. JUST SET A TRAP AND FIND ANOTHER PERSON TO VERIFY WHAT YOUR DOING AND HOPEFULLY THE GUILTY PARTY WILL TAKE THE BAIT.
