Question about letter from USCIS??? PLZ READ!!!!!!?
Hey everybody I received a letter from USCIS this friday for my biometrics appointment on wednesday (tomorrow), but on Monday I received an e-mail notification about a letter from USCIS that was returned by the post office and I'm wondering what it was, it said it was regarding my I-765. I sent forms I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-864 though so I am curious of what it is, I already called USCIS customer service and gave them my correct mailing address because the USPS does not deliver to my home address, I live in a condo so the administrator used to receive my mail from her office but now a mailbox here became available and did the change of address with the USPS, that was like a week ago so maybe that's why they got confused and returned it. I'd also like to know when will I most likely get my Employment Authorization, I sent the forms on April 21st and the biometrics are on May 7th so can anybody give me an estimate like from your own experience. Thanks so much for your help!!

- the I765 is the employment authorization... in my family's experience, you will get this about 2 months after you sent in all your documents. so expect to get it sometime this june. but you need to correct the address so that things get sent out correctly... good luck!
- First of all, the person that just answered is incorrect. Regarding the post office returning a notice back to CIS. Contact CIS for them to submit a service request to have that sent back to you. Notify them that you already did your Change of Address. However, you will have to allow CIS about 45 days to send you the notice back. The normal processing time for I-765 is about 75 days... However, it does depend on how many applications where filed before you and for the same classification. Time should not take more then 90 days if so call USCIS.. They can provide you info on how to request an interim EAD (temp evidence for employment)
