Has anyone ever did that stuff in the employment guide where you stuff so many envelopes and get money?
I would like to do it and wondered if it is worth it.

- Hahahahahahaha. *ahem* You were saying? Oh, all of those are scams just so you know. Try moving off the couch and looking for a real job.
- It's a scam. They sell you a list of places that you can contact and see if they want to hire you or something like that.
- People likely have but put in a lot more time/effort then what they will pay to do it, and get paid for doing so.
- No, it's a scam.
- All they are trying to do is sell you a mailing list and you got to try to get money from people to do the same thing you are doing.
- this is a classic pyramid scheme. It usually works like this: you read an ad for a sure fire way to get rich stuffing envelopes, usually costing $10 You send $10 and you get either NOTHING or you get a book that tells you how to place an ad for a sure fire way to get rich stuffing envelopes, which costs $10. The latter skirts charges of mail fraud, because you actually received goods for your money, the former is mail fraud. In some variations of the scheme, the person sending you the book generously offers to sell you extra copies of the book for only $5 each, with or without additional instructions on how to get to the next level of the business. They often will "warn" you that the book they have sold you is copywrited, which it may or may not actually be. If you think you can perpetuate a scam with a straight face, then go for it, but I just told you all you need to know, so my advice would be to start a new pyramid of your own, rather than wasting you money on someone else's.
- Me & a few friends went to the "meeting" once in college. Turned out to be a scam to get you to purchase a time share! Needless to say we jumped up out those seats so quick. We also checked the company out (if possible, alot of times they dont even give a name for the company which is a red flag to me) on the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I honestly wouldnt try it. Its usually a scam to get you involved in something else that requires you to put up some money to get started.
