where can i post a classified for a found dog on Yahoo Classifieds?

I am trying to locate yahoo classifieds to post a found dog ad. But I can't locate them anywhere. Help???

1. Post it on Craigslist.org. You can upload a pic of him. It's free. I believe local newspapers will post found ads for free and I think if you take his pic and make flyers that'll work too
2. I never heard of that. Try Craigslist, that works really well. Or Backpage.com too.
