How can I generate income through self-employment through internet?

I ready to learn any softwares and computer techniques. Please guide me. Data entry jobs, outsourcing works, etc, but I don't have any idea, how to reach customers. I want some jobs which will improve my competence and pays some money

1. This is too general of a question. What exactly do you do? Or are you looking for ideas of something to do? My best suggestion for the latter....open up an e-bay shop of some sort and sell something.
2. Open an ebay store and buy something wholesale in a large quantity. Buy 1000 copies of rocky for $2000. That is $2 a copy at cost to you then you put the dvd's on ebay for $10 each and make an $8000 dollar profit. This is just an example but you get the idea.
3. Go to http://www.moneymakingsurveysites.blogspot.com/ and look at the 1st topic. I know it's legit (and free) because I use it.
