Making an Employment Contract?

Hello, I'm starting up and employment services company and want to have my employees sign before hiring. There are certain clauses that I know I want to include but I'm not sure what options I should also consider. Is there an online guide or a book which explains how to create an employment contract?

1. The answers depends a lot on where you are. The primary concern for a company like you describe is clients hiring away your people or your employees quitting and competing with you. In the U.S., it is almost impossible to enforce agreements against an employee for taking a job. Non-compete clauses are dicey as well. Agreements with the client are a different story. If I have identified your concerns, I suggest you focus on how you write your client contracts.
