Would a community guide web site (crime rate stats etc.)offering leads to realty agents generate good traffic?

I would like to create a web site detailing all aspects of a community.This includes crime rates, employment, recreation facilities, religious institutions & many other amenities that matter to people when they decide to move to a new community.Users would have the option to find a local agent & this would generate free leads. Would a site like this generate traffic & be beneficial to real estate agents? Anything out there already?

1. this would be great....i have seen nothing quite like it yet...there separate databases (liek one for crime rates, one for employment etc) out there. i think this would be great for the real estate agents. good luck with this
