I want to know that in the erotic services category of craigslist, how they pending the telephone number?

I try to post erotic service ad in the craigslist washington DC, US. however, they ask for telephonepending, how to avoid it? or how to continue posting in that area? anybody could help with experience? also, I wonder how many times can one post in that area erotic during a day?
