I have one formula for employment problem as well as reducing population.?

1) There must be 50% reservation for girls in govt.and private jobs.A)Period of service :till she married.Thus after her marrige the one post will vacant for another girl.Thus in a period pf 35 years, 6-7 girl will get job.Thus employment will increase. 2)The marriage of girls will not settled in early age as they will like to do a job for long period. 3) Due to their late marriage , the population will controlled automatically. 4)After working a job for a period of 5-8 years they would be financially strong and they will not considered as load on parents. They will be self depend. 5) The boy will prefer the ex job girl as their life partner are more confident and qualified. 6) Parents will not break the education of their daughter and they will encourrage them for higher education by which they can get the job. 7)This type of highly educated girl will be the educated mother and they will look after their children in better way . They may be able to guide them, teach them.

1. Wrong place to gie this type of idea.So what do you want answered? I have an easy way of reducing pop. Genocide. Therefore lesser non-employment.

5. No this is not a good formula...controlling girls is not the answer. Perhaps controlling boys will solve all of our problems, give them drugs to stop them getting erections until they are 30...??
6. I am all for feminism but what about the guys who are more qualified? And what about ladies that never get married?

9. I read through this very swiftly, the main thing that caught my eye was " After working a job for 5-8 years they would be financially strong"!! There was no need for me to plough thro' the rest, what sort of job job would that be? I could do with one of those. Sorry but back to the drawing board for you, I suggest you scrub all these ideas and try getting yourself into a nursery school, not as a teacher but as a pupil!! Hope this helps???
