How much i will pay for 6 month ban in Dubai?

Now am in Dubai Employment visa. i was completed 7 months in my visa. now i have a onther chance to change my job.But i ask N.O.C in my company. He simply told to me "We can't give Ordinary labour". Now "How much i will pay for 6 month ban " and it's possible? Please guide me.
