How to get Visa for my wife?

I am an Indian, working in Singapore under Q1 Employment Pass. As I want to bring my wife, how should I apply visa for her? Should I apply for Dependent Pass and then bring her, or bring her in Visiting Visa and then apply for Dependent Pass? Which is better, and how long will be the processing time in both cases? Should I approach MOM, or apply online?Please guide me.

1. Apply Dependent Pass , take less than 2 week , if approved, there will issue with VISA . You Company apply on line.not you to apply. ask you HR. ( there need company as local sponsor)
