How do past walmart employees get their 2006 w-2 forms?

I worked for walmart in 2006. I tried walmartbenefits.com but it does not recognize my past employment. I also tried walmart.com and was not successful. The number that site gave me 1-700-925-6278 was not even associated with walmart. I was wondering if there was any other way to go about retrieving my w-2 information?

1. You can get copies directly from the IRS, but there is a charge. Also, check with your local Walmart HR department. They might be able to help better than the phone number.
2. Their main HQ is in Arkansas. Why don't you have the W-2 they just sent you in January?

6. Call the IRS they do get a copy from your employer so will be able to tell you from your name and social security number if they have recieved your tax information from that company. They may send you a copy or tell you how to proceed from there.
7. yes, call the HR department of the store where you worked and tell them to send them to you, that would probably be the fastest. however, you can request them through the IRS too, but that takes much longer... go to the IRS website
