I work with young people who always seem to fail the pre-employment screaning that is done when they fill out computerized applications for employment. I need to understand the test system in order to enlighten my clients. Can anyone give me a direction on this. I have found that people in HR are not to willing to give me the information on this secret tool. I also am having trouble locating research/articles on the use of pre-employment psychological screaning I have a job helping young people who poor social skills find jobs. I need to get information on kiosk applications to help them.
