iam a new associate, how much is the raise after 3 months employment?

1. 15 cents an hour (rarely 20 cents)
2. When I started at Wal-mart, the pay raise was 15 cents an hour. Unless you have a PERFECT evaluation then it was 25 cents.
3. I just had my orientation yesterday and she said after 90 days we have our first evaluation and if were good we get 45 cents and if were excellent we get 60 cents.
