Should I seek employment elsewhere?
I am paid strictly on commission but I have no gaurantees on when or if I will be paid. During my company's busy months I am paid fairly well and make more than I have anywhere else. During my company's slow months I get behind on all of my bills which will eventually ruin any credit I have been trying to build. I am unable to save any money during the busy season because I'm making up for all of the bills I have gotten behind on during the slow season. My question is, should I look for a new job where I will be paid hourly but make less money for the security of knowing when I will be paid?

- Yes, you don't want to ruin your credit. Plus, it will help with the stress of bills during the slow season.
- Do you love your job? If you do, maybe you could pick up a part time job, to help you with the bills when you are falling behind. You could walk dogs, work as sales associate during the weekend (I know Victoria's Secret might hire you for two days a week only), you could look after your elderly neighbor or after houses when people are gone for a prolonged vacation! ;-) Maybe get a rich boyfriend? (Just joking) So many opportunities!!!
