Do you have much luck when using Monster or Career Builder?

I may need to work on my resume because I mostly get spam when I post my resume on Monster or Career Builder. Does anyone else have that problem?

1. Monster is kind of a load of crap, unless your in a community that actually uses it. Most dont. Except for apparently where ever they make the commercials, because according to them its all good. Plus w/ the economy falling quicker than the Dow, good luck w/ finding a job.
2. no i usally get flooded with phone calls and intrviews but mybe work on the resume it cant hurt right
