What is the best way to get a job besides Career Builder or Monster?

I have been out of work for about 2 weeks. I have a background in Real Estate, I am an honest, hard worker.I was laid off from my previous job, and I really want to do something different. I am up for anything...What is the best way to Market myself?

1. The best thing I have found is to show up in person, but I am in the same boat you are in. Apparently they don't want someone "overqualified" for retail positions. Stupid. Good luck anyhow.
