How do I insure that I receive answers to applications that I place on Career Builder?

Is it possible that these answers are getting accidnetially deleted?

1. Career Builder is not the best website to find a job. They gt their jobs mostly from temp agencies and newspaper postings. I would try Monster.com or your state's website. Many companies do not reply to receipt of your resume.
2. Very Very few places answer when you send in resume's and even less so when you reply to an online application. 99% of the time you will only get a reply if they want additional info. Look at it this way. A company probably gets 200-600 applications from a posting. They are not going to reply to all. It's frustrating I know.
