I want to start a online classifieds ads site.?

Is there any inexpensive software for classifieds ads? If so , how do I go about starting a site for local classifide ads?

1. possibly, but with all prebuilt software, you will not be able to fully customize it, or make major changes. your best bet is to hire a designer.

3. The scripts needed for this kind of thing are very good, but still require a fair amount of knowledge. I have no idea what your skill level is, but this script is highly rated. I have built a classified system for farmers (the site is no longer online because they got bought out.) on a similar library and it works pretty much out of the box - but my clients always want things customized. This should do really well for you... they offer free installation on your host of choice. Use the link below for bluehost, the host I recommend for sites like this.
