Anyone worked for Career Builder in Sales?

Hi everyone, I have a job interview with Careerbuilder tomorrow in Chicago. I would like to hear from anyone that has worked there before. How was the work enviroment, did they give you the right tools to sell? If I get the job and I take it, it means moving all the way from PA to Chicago. I'm trying to find work in Chicago so I can move back home.
