Career builder/resume question?

I just applied for a job via Careerbuilder.com...I uploaded by cover letter and resume and sent it to the employer. Prior to this, I did not have my resume uploaded on the website at the time. When i sent my resume, it uploaded onto the website but the word.doc of my resume but the formatting was way off. It does NOT look like this in word. Is the copy that shows on career builder the one that the employer will see for the job that I applied to??? Or will it be e-mailed to them the way it actually looks in my word.doc. I'm realy worried-- not sure how to fix this.

1. It will look like it did in careerbuilder. Open your careerbuilder and click on your resume and click edit and fix the formatting. I would then reapply using the new format. Good Luck on your search!
2. If you sent it straight from CareerBuilder to the employer, yes...it will be all out of sorts. I would actually upload the document from my computer onto the application and then send it off, because I hated the formatting that the website had. All you have to do is go into My CareerBuilder and edit your resume so that it looks normal again. It doesn't take too long.
