whats a good free career test that i can take that can tell me my strengths and weaknesses?

i looked every where and i cant find nothing that can help me find my strengths and weaknesses that i need to improve on for a job

take the ASVAB -- it's a military test (american), but in addition to showing what you'll be best for in the military, it shows you what you'll be best for in general. military careers are translated into civilian careers easily. i took it as a part of my JROTC program, but i'm sure you could go to a recruiter and take it. taking the ASVAB in no way signs you up for the military -- i'm a grad student with no military plans! lol.
