1. i know www.tickle.com has some neat tests, i believe they had a career aspirations test on there also. career assessment is usually what you are able to do on a job, career aspirations normally what you want ot do in a job. or you could just find something you really like to do and find some work that has to do with that. ex: working with money ideal job: working at local bank
